The Tigard Area 10 Neighborhood is located smack dab in the center of Tigard, and encompasses an area bordered by Walnut St. to the North, Hwy 99 to the East, and Gaarde St. to the South and West. We have a rich variety of old and new subdivisions in Neighborhood 10. We also have two schools in our zone: Gaarde Christian School, and C.F. Tigard Elementary.
