Got a complaint about a traffic signal?

The city receives calls from residents with questions, issues, and/or complaints about traffic signals. Here is the contact info we provide to residents:

If you are calling about State-maintained Traffic Signals (those along Pacific Hwy/99W, Hall Blvd. and all freeway interchanges) here are the numbers: 
       
Maintenance Issues (light is out, malfunctioning detector, signal in flash mode, etc.):

        503-731-4652 after hours
Timing issues (waiting too long, capacity, etc.)
